Wedding Planning Guide

We’re not wedding planners, and we’re not caterers. We’re wedding designers! Here’s a short introduction to what a wedding designer does. As a bride you have an idea in mind but you don’t know who to call to actually accomplish all the tasks and still enjoy your wedding day. You want tall luscious centerpieces and custom napkins with lace and accompanying linen with texture and overlays. You want your invitations and reception stationary to carry a similar theme of your wedding, you want this certain shade of pink satin and you want it to all flow and look beautiful together. How are you going to accomplish all this, stay stress-free and have fun during the planning process? This is when you hire a wedding designer!

Wedding Designers are visionaries; we look at the big picture and the large scale project and apply it consistently throughout your wedding. A wedding designer is someone who completes the look of your wedding using design elements to create a visual scene for your guests. We design the floral concepts, to the linens, to coordinating the color of the bridesmaid dresses to the accent colors on your stationary. Your wedding designer is at the venue the day of the wedding, setting up your ceremony and reception, making it possible for you to enjoy your big day. Please see below for Wedding Designer costs.

The below guide is a simple list to help you decide what kinds of floral arrangements you will need for your wedding. We’ve provided price ranges for each type of arrangement. This is merely a guideline to help you plan and budget. We offer 30 minute complimentary wedding designer consultations, but we do not provide written estimates without a deposit and a signed contract. Please call to set up a consultation with a designer so that we can help you come up with the wedding plan of your dreams. We look forward to working with you.
